Obama's Cynical Trip to Buchenwald
I know a guy who worked very hard on the Obama campaign.
His father is a Holocaust survivor. He was deeply disturbed by the President's speech in Cairo and also felt that the Buchenwald trip was purely political, which it was.
What made him feel a bit better was that Elie Wiesel (the Holocaust survivor) went with Obama and spoke at the memorial. I, then, reminded him that Elie Wiesel, with all sincere respect, is not the best judge of character, recently having lost all his money to Bernard Madoff, the "Obama" of the investing world.

I suppose it would have been better to go to a graveyard where SS members were buried and pay tribute, like Ronald Regan did. That's the way to respect holocaust survivors and uphold conservative values! That and murdering abortion providers-- God Bless America!
